“Avoiding your triggers isn’t healing. Healing happens when you’re triggered and you’re able to move through the pain, the pattern, and the story- and walk your way to a different ending.”

-Vienna Pharaon

Helping my clients walk their way to a different ending…this is my hope!

Utilizing a broad range of therapeutic modalities and creating a comprehensive and integrative psychological treatment plan is how I go about the healing process with my clients.

Therapy is not “cookie cutter” methods and I believe in the importance of guiding you through a process that integrates and evolves as your healing journey unfolds.  It’s important to first understand your thoughts, feelings and emotions to work toward the self awareness and self esteem that create lasting change.

I treat adolescents, adults, children, parents, and families addressing issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, stresses in daily life and relational dynamics, families dealing with divorce and change, drug and alcohol abuse, as well as other destructive behaviors.  Confronting trauma and understanding how your self-defeating behaviors keep those cycles repeating will allow us to work together to find the therapies and tools that works best for you.

I am empathetic and compassionate and work to build a lasting relationship with my clients.  I encourage self love and guide you in a gentle, safe and supportive way.  Let’s find that different ending together!
